ABOUT THE LOCATION:
This home is tucked away just off the main Beach Road amongst a new neighborhood development of approximately 10 houses on the central/central east side of Orange Beach about 1 mile from Perdido Pass & Alabama Point public beach. The Neighborhood sits just west of Zeke’s Marina on Cotton Bayou. Driving Directions: From 161 (Orange Beach Blvd) in Orange Beach, Turn East onto Perdido Beach Blvd and go 1 mile. Turn Left after Shell (Summit) at the City Donuts Shop/Sweet Cone Alabama Ice Cream/Shrimp Basket Restaraunt/ZEKE’S Marina shopping center. Follow this road back onto Madison Ave ~500′ -the home will be on your Left. Beach access is across the street from Shell Gas, just west of the Island House Hotel. Please note, there is not a dedicated pedestrian crosswalk at this location. Traffic on Perdido Beach Blvd can be heavy at times. Speed limit for this area is 45mph at the time of listing. For alternative Beach access points, guests of Madison Ave may choose to drive 1 mile east to Alabama Point Public Beach Access or Drive 1 mile west to either Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access Point or to the Cotton Bayou Public Boat Launch. Down the Hall you’ll find Guest Bedroom #1 with a Queen Bed & Private Attached Bath with combo tub/shower in bright white subway tile. This room has a Gorgeous black accent wall you won’t find in other vacation homes, dresser, nightstands, closet, & ceiling fan. You also have access to the upper level balcony from this room. The last Guest Bedroom #2 is at the end of the hall and includes another unique find…our custom made Twin Bunk Loft Bed mounted above a beautiful Queen bed with a super-fun surfer vibe wallpaper background. Access the same Upper Level Balcony from this guest room, as well. This room has a ceiling fan, closet, dresser, nightstand, wall mounted smart TV, and an attached bath which also accessible from the common hallway. The bath is spacious and includes dual sink and combo tub/shower in bright white subway tile.
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE:
Under the home you’ll find convenient covered parking in the front and relaxing entertainment space in the back. Fully gated space under the home is furnished with a brand new outdoor cushioned living set, handsome outdoor dining set seating 6, and Brand New Propane Gas Grill with Utensils. Extra tank on standby. Please inform management when backup tank is used and primary becomes empty. Garden Hose is available for rinsing off beach gear and sandy toes helping to keep the mess outside of your vacation home. The beautiful sodded backyard is a great place to play or lay in the sun and even access the neighborhood outdoor pool! This outdoor living space can be accessed from the homes back staircase off the laundry room or from the front gate under the home near the front door.
There is no additional charge for parking. Guest may park up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. 2 spots are covered under the home and convenient for rainy days. No Trailer, boat, RV, or oversized vehicle parking is permitted.

Please note: Starter set ONLY paper goods, trash bags, soaps, etc provided for guests’ convenience for first night stay – guests will likely need to bring additional items. Plush white towel sets & of course, our standard white-glove clean will ensure you have nothing to worry about upon arrival & only lazy days of fun ahead! - No Items Placed/Stored on Balcony Railings.
- Do not remove items from the property.
- Do not rearrange furniture.
- Respect posted beach & community amenity rules.
- Please adhere to check-out procedure provided within your unit & by email.
- Security Cameras throughout exterior.
- Leave Only Footprints – Take All items with you when you leave The Beach area & Fill in any holes.
- Be mindful of Current Weather conditions, Surf & Rescue Flag Warning System as well as Rip Currents. Swimming is at your own risk.
- Kindly Respect Our Local Noise Ordinance after 10:00pm.
- Primary Renter must be 25+ y/o to rent & remain present for the duration of the stay. Primary Renter is responsible for the party and will agree to our standard vacation rental agreement, provide valid Driver’s License or photo ID with name, address, and date of birth upon request within 48 hrs post-booking.
- a $500 HOLD will be placed on Primary Renters Card on file 1 day prior to checkin. HOLD will release after departure as long as home has been left in reasonable condition and checkout procedure has been followed.

WHAT TO PACK:
As standard practice along the Alabama Gulf Coast, a complimentary starter set of paper goods and soaps are provided for our guests’ convenience on their first night stay. Beyond night 1, Guest will need to supply their own cleaning products, soaps, & paper goods, which can include, but are not limited to; paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, foil, coffee filters, dishwasher & laundry detergents, all surface cleansers, soaps, sponges, etc. Guest will also be responsible for providing their own food, which includes any spices, like salt & pepper, and any sauces like ketchup, cooking spray, & any ingredients for meal prep. Guest will need to bring or rent from a 3rd party provider, any beach gear such as umbrellas, chairs, beach towels & pool towels, beach carts, etc. Guests should bring, any baby gear, such as portable cribs, highchairs, strollers, etc. Please note: the home will be clean upon your arrival. 1 towel set per max guest occupancy is made available & fresh linens on every bed. Each bathroom will have a starter set of soaps, one roll of toilet paper, one bath mat, one trash can liner. The kitchen will have available, 2 kitchen towels, one roll paper towels, one trash bag, one sponge, one sample dish soap, one dishwasher pod, and one load laundry soap.
