Perfectly positioned within the complex, our west-facing, 3rd-floor unit offers views directly over the main triple-tiered zero-entry pool. You’ll find the stunning Bay Waters of Orange Beach to the North & a sneak peak of the majestic sparkling blue waves of The Gulf of Mexico to the south! Take in all the sights from your private covered balcony w/ comfortable seating for the whole family on the oversized outdoor sectional, 2 comfy loungers, or the stately iron dining table for four. Access your balcony from the Master bedroom or Living area or take in the view from within the condo’s massive floor to ceiling sliding glass door & sprawling windows! LIVING AREA:
This Superb Beach Condo features a substantial common area where you & the whole family can sink into your oversized pillow-soft sectional & get cozy. Sectional pulls out into a queen sleeper to accommodate 2 guests. Two comfy, overstuffed swivel-armchairs allow guests to make themselves at home whether watching TV or taking in the scenic bay views. Floor to ceiling windows & large slider give access to the private balcony where you’ll catch a peek at the glimmering Gulf waters, Gorgeous sparkling Bay waters filled with boaters & the famous Bird & Robinson Islands and of course, the stunning 3-tiered, zero-entry Main Pool! (Privacy black out curtains also furnished.) And when you’re in need of a break from the sun & heat…kick back & watch a movie on the Living room’s 55” flat-screen smart TV. Guests are able to log into their personal streaming apps on this TV. Standard cable Package & DVD players are provided on all living room & bedroom TVs.
KITCHEN & DINING:

(Privacy black out curtains also furnished.) Ceiling fan, nightstands, bed lamps & 40″ TV are also provided in your master bedroom. The 5-piece ensuite features dual granite countertop sinks, large tiled walk-in shower w/ glass enclosure, & center stage… a glamorous Spa-Worthy Jetted Tub will draw you in reminding you what vacation is all about!
Our guest suite w/ attached bath provides a full-sized bunk (full mattress on top & full mattress on bottom) PLUS a separate posh & cozy Queen bed. Our guest suite is equipped w/ a full dresser, nightstand & lamp, a ceiling fan & 40″ TV as well. Attached bath has granite countertop sink & Jetted tub/shower combination & is accessible from the common area hall, as well.
PARKING:
*Parking passes must be purchased by the guest upon arrival at the concierge front desk in Lobby B. Guest may purchase up to a total of TWO @$25+tax/each. Prices set and collected by HOA and are subject to change without notice. Guests may park in the unit’s designated spot (D301- located under lazy river on ground floor parking deck D) w/ a parking pass. Each pass is valid for the duration of your stay. No Trailer, boat, RV or oversized vehicle parking permitted in general parking, however. trail/boat parking is available at the resort on first come first serve basis and does require a parking pass, as well.
OUR BEACH:
Sugar WHITE pristine & clean, XLARGE WIDE beach! This sand is SOFT & EASY on your feet! You won’t have trouble finding an upfront seat for the show at Caribe! Catch a ride on one of Caribe’s 9 Complimentary Trolley at one of several trolley stops around the resort or call for pickup. Trolley runs between Caribe and the Boardwalk @ Alabama Point East Beach / Perdido Pass (the channel that runs between The Gulf of Mexico & The Bay waters of Orange Beach). Trolley ride is only a couple of minutes and drops off & picks up at the boardwalk’s beginning. Chose to take the boardwalk to the beach on the channel side, the Point beach, or The Gulf beach. Plenty of beach blanket spots available or rent one of several umbrella-covered wooden surf-side padded loungers! This beach is CLEAN! Thanks to great efforts by the area’s “LEAVE ONLY FOOTPRINTS” initiative, Alabama’s 32 miles of beach are among the countries cleanest! In fact, each night after sunset, any remaining items left on the beach are removed and disposed of, so please take your items with you when you leave and follow all posted signs. Safety is top priority here along the Gulf Coast. Please be aware of our convenient beach flag warning system, in place for guest safety. As a visitor, SoLux also highly recommends taking the opportunity to learn about rip currents that are common in our area before your trip. EXTRA GUEST INFO + HOUSE & COMPLEX RULES:
Caribe Unit D301 is located just outside one of four D-building glass elevators close to most resort amenities. Extra guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi & standard cable package. Convenient Front load washer/dryer with utility sink in unit. Guests have access to temperature control within unit. This unit is spacious, CLEAN, and one of Orange Beach’s highest-end complex resorts. Starter set only paper goods, soaps, etc provided for guests’ first night stay convenience. Guest’s starter set provided with every stay includes:

Should any SoLux guest arrive to anything less, we ask that you inform us upon checkin so that we may send our tradesman to take care of the issue! Please inform management in a timely manner when issues arise. We understand accidents happen, but the sooner we know about them the quicker and more cost effectively we can handle them. WE KINDLY ASK THAT OUR GUESTS RESPECT OUR HOUSE & COMPLEX RULES:
- No Smoking with 15′ of unit. (no smoking on balcony)
- No Pets
- No Parties: Non-registered guests are not permitted within the complex.
- No Glitter, Confetti, Slime, Etc.
- No Open Fires/Burning. BBQ permitted in BBQ area on complex grounds provided north of main pool only.
- No Items Placed/Stored on Balcony Railings or in Common Hallways.
- Do not remove items from the unit or complex.
- Do not rearrange furniture.
- Parking passes are required.
- Kindly return carts after use.
- Respect posted beach & resort amenity rules.
- Please adhere to check-out procedure provided within your unit.
- Security Officer at Gated Entrance
- Common Area Security Cameras throughout Resort.
- Leave Only Footprints – Take All items with you when you leave The Beach area & Fill in any holes.
- Be mindful of Current Weather conditions, Surf & Rescue Flag Warning System as well as Rip Currents. Swimming is at your own risk.
- Kindly Respect Our Local Noise Ordinance after 10:00pm.
- Primary Renter must be 25+ y/o to rent & remain present for the duration of the stay. Primary Renter is responsible for the party and will agree to our standard vacation rental agreement, provide valid Driver’s License or photo ID with name, address, and date of birth upon request within 48 hrs post-booking.
- Please treat the home as you would your own. Have a great time! This will be your vacation home and we hope you will make the most of it, the resort amenities, as well as the beautiful surrounding Gulf Coast area.
WHAT TO PACK:
As standard practice along the Alabama Gulf Coast, a complimentary starter set of paper goods and soaps are provided for our guests’ convenience on their first night stay. Beyond night 1, Guest will need to supply their own cleaning products, soaps, & paper goods, which can include, but are not limited to; paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, foil, coffee filters, dishwasher & laundry detergents, all surface cleansers, soaps, sponges, etc. Guest will also be responsible for providing their own food, which includes any spices, like salt & pepper, and any sauces like ketchup, cooking spray, & any ingredients for meal prep. Guest will need to bring or rent from a 3rd party provider, any beach gear such as umbrellas, chairs, beach towels & pool towels, beach carts, etc. Guests should bring, any baby gear, such as portable cribs, highchairs, strollers, etc. Please note: the home will be clean upon your arrival. 1 towel set per max guest occupancy is made available & fresh linens on every bed. Each bathroom will have a starter set of soaps, one roll of toilet paper, one bath mat, one trash can liner. The kitchen will have available, 2 kitchen towels, one roll paper towels, one trash bag, one sponge, one sample dish soap, one dishwasher pod, and one load laundry soap.
