PLEASE BE AWARE: Crystal Tower is undergoing work that will entail repairing and recoating the Elevator Tower Walls, North Walls and Ceilings, East Wall, North Indoor Pool, and Parapet Walls Exteriors that were damaged by Hurricane Sally. Completion date unknown and weather permitting. Crews will work M-F 8 -5 pm & some Saturdays. Noise from grinding or hammers is expected. UPDATE: 10/18/2023. Onsite inspectors will be conducting evaluations on the locks, hot water heaters, water lines, and securing the dehumidifier drain lines on Nov 9, 2023 (dates not guaranteed). Our unique Gulf Front outdoor lagoon-style pool with Hot Tub, Lazy River, & sunning deck will serve as a refreshing oasis during your stay and is located right on the beach.. A secondary, complex-side, outdoor pool, hot tub, & grilling area are also a BIG hit, too! Enjoy use of our Boardwalk straight out to the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico & rinse stations for your convenient use on the way back in. In case you’re caught on a rainy day or just need a moment out of the sun, our indoor pool can’t be beaten. Guests are welcome in the common lobby & front desk area. What’s more fun than a good workout with Pool View at our impressive fitness center that includes a large variety of equipment including climbers, treadmills, & weight machines! This condo has Full Laundry Room w/washer & dryer & a storage room at the front door for all your beach gear. Here guests will find gear shared by previous visitors to Crystal Tower #1207! Ample countertops, a suite of full Appliances (electric oven, refrigerator with automatic icemaker, built-in microwave & dishwasher), Dinnerware, Glassware, Cookware, Flatware, Cooking Utensils, & Small Appliances; including 12-cup drip coffee maker & standard Keurig, blender, hand mixer, toaster, & Instapot, make mealtime effortless. Guests will find 4 Barstools at the Breakfast Bar for your convenience and a large pantry.

The Master bedroom, a calm & soothing retreat for weary travelers, commands attention on the GULF VIEW & direct balcony access, as well as our KING bed dressed in beautiful coastal-inspired bedding, crisp & cool atop the softest high-quality plush mattress. Master also has a 40″ Flat Screen TV, nightstands, lamps, dresser, privacy drapes, closet, & ceiling fan. The attached bath features a combo tub/shower & large vanity area. The Guest Bedroom has a quiet feel with blue hues, wall-mounted TV, dresser, nightstands, lamps, & closet. The Guest Bath is attached and has a combo tub/shower & vanity. This bath is also accessible from the common hall.
CHECKING IN & PARKING:
Crystal Tower is located on the North side of W. Beach Blvd only 1.5 miles West of Downtown Gulf Shores with plenty of nearby Water Activities, Boutique Shopping, Restaurants, Nightlife & more. You’ll find easy parking available onsite. Our courteous front desk associates will help with any questions you may have about the facility. Your 1 included parking pass and registered guest wristbands will be on the kitchen counter upon your arrival. Please complete the parking pass form and display during your stay. Carts are available for guest use to bring your luggage to your condo. Take one of 3, brand-new, high-speed elevators to the 12th floor -your condo is on the right. A lockbox near the front door will have your key. Checkin is at 4pm & checkout is at 10 am. Lockbox code will be emailed 4 days prior to your arrival making checkin simple and hassle-free. No waiting in line to pick up a key from another office. Please note, early checkin and late checkout are not available at this property.
1 parking pass has been included in your reservation. Guest may purchase one additional parking pass @$40+tax by making arrangements with management at least 2 full business days prior to arrival. Passes valid for the duration of your stay. No Trailer, boat, RV, or oversized vehicle parking permitted. Parking is not assigned – general parking only. Guest must also purchase resort wristbands for all registered guests (max 6). Wristbands included with reservation, please enter the correct number of guests as bands are not available to order post reservation. The front desk is open 9 – 5pm.

Starter set ONLY paper goods, soaps, etc provided for guests’ convenience for first night stay – guests will likely need to bring additional items. No food products are provided. Arrive to a clean bed w/ our “100% Guaranteed Fresh Crisp White Linens” provided w/ every stay. White towel sets & of course, our standard white-glove clean will ensure you have nothing to worry about upon arrival & only lazy days of fun ahead! Should any SoLux guest arrive to anything less, we ask that you inform us immediately so that we may send our tradesman to take care of the issue! Door entry & instructions will be provided by email 1 day before check-in.

Plenty of beach blanket spots available or rent one of several umbrella-covered wooden surf-side padded loungers from a 3rd party vendor servicing the beach upon arrival! This beach is CLEAN! Thanks to great efforts by the area’s “LEAVE ONLY FOOTPRINTS” initiative, our beaches are some of the countries cleanest! In fact, each night after sunset, any remaining items left on the beach are removed.
Cleanliness has always been a top priority at SoLux Properties but these days even more so. Our professional cleaning staff follow a 3-step cleaning process w/ approved cleaning products to fully sanitize & disinfect before each guests arrival. Staff pay extra attention to kitchens, baths, doorknobs & drawer knobs, switches, remotes, & appliances. Our linens are professionally cleaned in high heat commercial washing machines & dryers. Linens are then transported to your accommodations using protective processes to avoid any contamination to ensure a clean fresh bed for you & your guests. Your accommodation will be inspected prior to your arrival for additional assurance of cleanliness.
