Guest have less than a 5 min walk to the sand with a dedicated pedestrian crosswalk traffic light. You are within a short drive or walk to LOTS of local hot spot restaurants, shopping, nightlife, park trails, & water adventure activities. Upon arrival guests will find easy covered parking available at the complex with a designated 413 spot. Guests will find their parking pass on the kitchen counter upon arrival. One pass is included with your stay. Guest may purchase a second pass (for a total of 2 maximum passes) by making arrangements with management at least 2 FULL business prior to arrival. PLEASE BE AWARE: Additional pass will not be available if notice is not given in time. Parking passes valid for the duration of the stay. Pass prices set by HOA and are subject to change without notice. Please note: No Trailer, boat, RV, Jet Ski, or Oversized vehicle parking permitted. Boat trailer parking is first come first serve only and requires guest to purchase boat trailer pass directly from HOA management office in Gulf Shores. Boat parking currently closed for repairs. Thanks to great efforts by the area’s “LEAVE ONLY FOOTPRINTS” initiative, our beaches are some of the countries cleanest! In fact, each night after sunset, any remaining items left on the beach are removed so make sure you bring everything in with when you leave!
