Enjoy those delightful dishes from the adjacent dining area or outside in your private Palapa Tiki Bar & Picnic area under the shade in that coveted salty sea air! The dining area is furnished with an oversized table and chairs for 6 with indirect water views through the large front picture window dressed in barn-door style window coverings. A Massive pantry cupboard stands nearby, tall & ready for plenty of food storage! A 8+ ft breakfast bar with 4 stools is a great spot to grab a snack or lay out a full-spread buffet. A full suite of Stainless Steel appliances includes Refrigerator w/ ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, and range. Stunning Granite countertops deliver more than enough workspace for more than one cook in the kitchen! A deep sink w/ sprayer, cupboards, and lots of drawers allow for easy kitchen storage. GUEST BEDROOM: Located next to the full laundry room, our light, bright, & cheery guest bedroom can sleep up to 6 and still grants guests floor space, a wall-mounted TV, 4 dressers, and wall mounted nightstands at each bed for convenient, easy beach living! One Twin over Twin Bunk set sleeps 2. One Twin over Full Bunk with twin trundle bed can sleep 4 more, totaling 6 in this room. Guest Bath is located & accessible from the common hall. Sugar WHITE pristine & clean, XLARGE WIDE beach! You won’t have trouble finding an upfront seat for the show at the beach in central Gulf Shores! Plenty of beach blanket spots available or upon arrival, rent one of several umbrella-covered wooden surf-side padded loungers from a local vendor servicing the area! This beach is CLEAN! Thanks to great efforts by the area’s “LEAVE ONLY FOOTPRINTS” initiative, our beaches are some of the countries cleanest! In fact, each night after sunset, any remaining items left on the beach are removed. So grab your beach blanket & shades and grab a spot to take in the Stunning & UNSPOILED beach views!!!

WHAT TO PACK:
As standard practice along the Alabama Gulf Coast, a complimentary starter set of paper goods and soaps are provided for our guests’ convenience on their first night stay. Beyond night 1, Guest will need to supply their own cleaning products, soaps, & paper goods, which can include, but are not limited to; paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, foil, coffee filters, dishwasher & laundry detergents, all surface cleansers, soaps, sponges, etc. Guest will also be responsible for providing their own food, which includes any spices, like salt & pepper, and any sauces like ketchup, cooking spray, & any ingredients for meal prep. Guest will need to bring or rent from a 3rd party provider, any beach gear such as umbrellas, chairs, beach towels & pool towels, beach carts, etc. Guests should bring, any baby gear, such as portable cribs, highchairs, strollers, etc. Please note: the home will be clean upon your arrival. 1 towel set per max guest occupancy is made available & fresh linens on every bed. Each bathroom will have a starter set of soaps, one roll of toilet paper, one bath mat, one trash can liner. The kitchen will have available, 2 kitchen towels, one roll paper towels, one trash bag, one sponge, one sample dish soap, one dishwasher pod, and one load laundry soap.

We believe you deserve the safest stay possible so we are going above & beyond our already high standard cleaning practices to ensure you & your family are protected during your stay w/ SoLux Properties. Our professional cleaning staff follow a 3-step cleaning process w/ hospital-grade & EPA approved cleaning products to fully sanitize & disinfect before each guests arrival. Staff pay extra attention to kitchens, baths, doorknobs & drawer knobs, switches, remotes, & appliances. Our linens are professionally cleaned in high heat commercial washing machines & dryers. Linens are then transported to your accommodations using protective processes to avoid any contamination to ensure a clean fresh bed for you & your guests. Your accommodation will be inspected prior to your arrival for additional assurance of cleanliness.
