Guest Bedroom (3): Middle Level. KING bed & TWIN bed & TWIN pullout Trundle bed, TV, Direct Gulf View, French door access to Gulf deck, and attached bath w/jetted tub. SLEEPS 4. (please not, when the twin trundle is pulled out the entrance to the attached bath is blocked)

Guest Bedroom (4): Middle Level. QUEEN bed, Northern View of Little Lagoon, & IMPRESSIVE attached bath w/ full body rain-shower, massage shower head in the oversized tiled walk-in with glass surround. This bath is also accessible from the common hallway. SLEEPS 2.

MASTER Bedroom (5): Top Level. This impressive 3 story Gulf Front BeachHouse provides guests a jaw-dropping, beautiful setting w/ SPECTACULAR hard-to-beat OCEAN VIEWS to spend time away from the hustle & bustle of life for that much-needed peace, relaxation, and rejuvenation with loved ones you’re searching for. 

GROUND LEVEL: Step into the welcoming foyer upon arrival and find immediate access to the back patio, west (single car) garage, & east garage (hangout area), as well as staircase and convenient 2-person elevator. Step out to the back, covered patio to discover a Great outdoor space to dine, play games, or even catch a nap! This area has a pub table, a dining table, and a HUGE enclosed outdoor shower! Open both the east and west garage doors to allow for more hangout space. The west garage will allow for one parking space and is home to the “leave a float, take a float” shared beach gear. While there are usually many items here, please note these are shared from previous guests and no item is guaranteed. Please also note: Any items left after dark will be disposed of by the City of Gulf Shores – this happens every night so please bring in all items at sunset. The east garage has a secondary garage refrigerator, game table, and outdoor cushioned couch. 

MIDDLE LEVEL: Here you will find 4 (of the 5) Guest Suites, each with attached bath & 3 w/ direct GULF VIEWS & Deck Access!! Guest Bedroom 1 (sleeps 3) has a KING bed & a TWIN Bed, TV, Direct Gulf View, French door access to Gulf deck, and attached luxury 5 piece bathroom featuring 2 separate vanities, large walk-in shower with glass door, Jetted Spa tub, makeup area, walk-in closet (w/ rollaway crib) and bidet. Life’s A Beach has Free Wifi & Smart TVs, Complimentary cable TV package on select TVs, Middle Level Laundry (near 4 bedrooms) w/ full-sized washer/dryer & Top Level Full Top load Washer & Dryer set. Complimentary Starter Set ONLY of paper goods & soaps for convenient first-night use, including: (1) Roll Toilet Paper per toilet, (1) Roll Paper Towels, (1) load laundry soap (1) Kitchen Sponge & (2) dish towels (1) trash liner per can (1) Dishwasher pod (1) Sample Dish Soap, (1) Sample-size shampoo/conditioner, body wash & bar soap per bathroom. Fresh, white linens provided w/ every stay.  White towel sets & of course, our standard white-glove clean will ensure you have nothing to worry about upon arrival & only lazy days of fun ahead! Should any SoLux guest arrive to anything less, we ask that you inform us promptly so that we may send our tradesman to take care of the issue immediately! Pillows, Blankets, Towels, & Linens Included. Housekeeping during your stay not included. Beach gear including towels, tents, carts, coolers, etc. are not provided but guests may rent from local 3rd party business. Please note: West Garage is a storage area for any used beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, etc left by previous guests. No specific item can be guaranteed as this is a “take a float, leave a float” policy. Misuse of the home’s elevator will lead to malfunction, safety concerns, interruptions to stays, & costly repairs are a violation of the rental agreement. Reservation-specific door code provided by email 1 day prior to arrival. No contact check-in & no keys to pick up or manage. Check-in is at 4pm. Checkout time is 10am. Full house rules provided to Primary Guest by email 7 days prior to arrival. We encourage our guests to inquire about any concerns prior to booking but are always here to answer any questions & to provide our guest’s outstanding service & the best stay possible in our homes. Check in is at 4pm. Checkout is at 10am. Early checkin at this property is not available. 

PARKING:

Parking is available for up to six vehicles maximum. FREE Off street parking -1 vehicle space inside west garage & gravel driveway for the remainder. No parking in the sand/grass. No boat, trailer, RV, U-haul, oversized vehicle, etc. parking permitted.

OUR BEACH:

Sugar WHITE pristine & soft & clean, the Squeaks under your feet kinda sand!  Thanks to great efforts by the area’s “LEAVE ONLY FOOTPRINTS” initiative, our beaches are some of the countries cleanest! In fact, each night after sunset, any remaining items left on the beach are removed so be sure to bring your things in each evening.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING:

Our professional cleaning staff follows a 3-step cleaning process with approved cleaning products to fully sanitize & disinfect before each guest’s arrival. Staff pay extra attention to kitchens, baths, knobs, switches, remotes, & appliances. Our linens are professionally cleaned in high heat commercial washing machines & dryers. Rest assured we’ve got you covered & we are doing everything possible to put your safety as our top priority.
