Guests of Phoenix VIII #1204 will have full access to our extensive amenity package. Our Gulf Front outdoor pool and sunning deck will serve as a refreshing oasis during your stay. The wonderful fully gated kiddie pool & grilling area are also a BIG hit, too! Enjoy use of our Boardwalk straight out to the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico & rinse stations for your convenient use on the way back in. In case you’re caught on a rainy day or just need a moment out of the sun, our indoor pool can’t be beaten. Be sure to check out our indoor hot tub, our sauna, well-lit tennis & outdoor basketball half-court. Guests are welcome in the common lobby & front desk area with a view of the pool & beach. Vending machines are available. What’s more fun than a good workout with Gulf Views at our impressive fitness center that includes a large variety of equipment including climbers, treadmills, & weight machines! Delight in our resort’s local and mature landscaping bringing your coastal vacation to life. This property has a guarded front gate and security guards present. The front desk is open 24/7, as well. Please be aware, construction is on going on the adjacent lot.

Soft sugar white sand sparkles below and poolside guests enjoy cool dips in the lavish beachfront pool.

A 55″ Flat Screen Smart TV & Surround Sound creates a relaxing vacation ambiance. The Dining area serves as the perfect spot for mealtime together with a view, seating 6 easily or more with the inclusion of the 2 upholstered 3-person bench seats, or enjoy your meal with a more direct view on the balcony dining table in the salty air. The Full Front load washer & dryer are tucked away in a nearby hall closet.
KITCHEN: This farmhouse-style well laid out kitchen focuses on fresh & clean & will have you inspired to make delectable cuisines right at home. Ample countertops, a full suite of Stainless Steel Appliances, Dinnerware, Glassware, Cookware, Flatware, Cooking Utensils, & Small Appliances; including 12-cup drip coffee maker & standard Keurig, blender, hand mixer, toaster, & crockpot, make mealtime effortless. Guests will find 2 Barstools at the Breakfast Bar for your convenience and a large pantry.
BEDROOMS & BATHS:
The Master bedroom, a calm & soothing retreat for weary travelers, commands attention on the GULF FRONT VIEW & direct balcony access, as well as our KING bed dressed in fine coastal bedding, crisp & cool atop the softest high-quality plush mattress. Master also has a 40″ wall-mounted Flat Screen Smart TV, nightstands, lamps, 6 drawer dresser, privacy drapes, closet, & ceiling fan. The attached bath features an elegant tiled Soaking Tub/Shower and guests love the convenience of a separate vanity area.
The Guest wing is separated from the Master by the common living/dining/kitchen area on its own hallway. The KING Guest Bedroom has a quiet feel with lux bedding, wall-mounted TV, dresser, nightstands, lamps, & closet. The Guest Bath is next door and has a combo tub/shower & vanity. The second guest bedroom is at the end of the hall and is VERY spacious (10×17). This bedroom includes Two comfy QUEEN beds with all new bedding, full 9 drawer dresser (extra shelves and dresser in closet), nightstand, lamp, wall-mounted TV, & ceiling fan.

Guests of Phoenix VIII must wear wristbands during their stay. Complimentary TV package & free WiFi provided by HOA. A laundry closet w/ full-sized Front load Washer/Dryer w/in #1204. Starter set ONLY paper goods, soaps, etc provided for guests’ convenience for first night stay – guests will likely need to bring additional items. No food products are provided. Arrive to a clean bed w/ our “100% Guaranteed Fresh Crisp White Linens” provided w/ every stay. White towel sets & of course, our standard white-glove clean will ensure you have nothing to worry about upon arrival & only lazy days of fun ahead! Should any SoLux guest arrive to anything less, we ask that you inform us immediately so that we may send our tradesman to take care of the issue! Door entry & instructions will be provided by email 1 day before check-in.
Guest may purchase up to TWO (max) parking pass @$55+tax upon arrival at the lobby front desk. Passes valid for the duration of your stay. No Trailer, boat, RV, or oversized vehicle parking permitted. Parking is not assigned – general parking only. Guest must also pick up complimentary resort wristbands at the front lobby desk upon arrival. The front desk is open 24/7.

Our professional cleaning staff follow a 3-step cleaning process with hospital-grade & EPA approved cleaning products to fully sanitize & disinfect before each guests arrival. Staff pay extra attention to kitchens, baths, door knobs & drawer knobs, switches, remotes, & appliances. Our linens are professionally cleaned in high heat commercial washing machines & dryers. Linens are then transported to your accommodations using protective processes to avoid any contamination and to ensure a clean fresh bed for you and your family. Your accommodation will be inspected prior to your arrival for additional assurance of cleanliness. In addition, Masks worn indoors are required at this time. WHAT TO PACK:
As standard practice along the Alabama Gulf Coast, a complimentary starter set of paper goods and soaps are provided for our guests’ convenience on their first night stay. Beyond night 1, Guest will need to supply their own cleaning products, soaps, & paper goods, which can include, but are not limited to; paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, foil, coffee filters, dishwasher & laundry detergents, all surface cleansers, soaps, sponges, etc. Guest will also be responsible for providing their own food, which includes any spices, like salt & pepper, and any sauces like ketchup, cooking spray, & any ingredients for meal prep. Guest will need to bring or rent from a 3rd party provider, any beach gear such as umbrellas, chairs, beach towels & pool towels, beach carts, etc. Guests should bring, any baby gear, such as portable cribs, highchairs, strollers, etc. Please note: the home will be clean upon your arrival. 1 towel set per max guest occupancy is made available & fresh linens on every bed. Each bathroom will have a starter set of soaps, one roll of toilet paper, one bath mat, one trash can liner. The kitchen will have available, 2 kitchen towels, one roll paper towels, one trash bag, one sponge, one sample dish soap, one dishwasher pod, and one load laundry soap.
Guests responsible for Check-out procedure & leaving the property in reasonable condition • No Smoking/Vaping • No pets/animals – No exceptions • No parties – only registered guests allowed on property • Primary renter must be 25 y/o to rent & remain present for the duration of stay • Primary renter is responsible for group • $59 Damage waiver required for accidental coverage up to $1,500 • $300 damage deposit HOLD required w/ stay • Guest are required to sign rental agreement & submit appropriate ID. Extended winter guests welcome.
