The Master bedroom boasts a large closet as well as an attached master bath with a walk-in shower & vanity. A bunk alcove located outside the master bedroom offers twin over twin bunk beds. Across from bunks is the condo’s second bathroom with tub/shower combo & vanity. The living room sofa pulls out into a cozy queen bed for sleeping 2 additional guests.

Complimentary TV package, free WiFi. laundry w/ full-sized stackable front load washer/dryer w/in #707. Starter set ONLY paper goods, soaps, etc provided for guests’ 1st nights stay convenience. Arrive to a clean bed w/ our “100% Guaranteed Fresh Crisp White Linens” provided w/ every stay. Plush white towel sets & of course, our standard white-glove clean will ensure you have nothing to worry about upon arrival & only lazy days of fun ahead! Should any SoLux guest arrive to anything less, we ask that you inform us so that we may send our tradesman to take care of the issue immediately! Personal Door code valid from checkin time to checkout time, & instructions, will be provided by email 1 day before check-in. There is no waiting at an office to pick up a key. HOUSE RULES:

Guests responsible for Check-out procedure & leaving the property in reasonable condition • No Smoking/Vaping • No pets – No exceptions • No parties – only registered guests allowed on property • Primary renter must be 25 y/o to rent & remain present for the duration of stay • Primary renter is responsible for group • $59 Damage waiver required for accidental coverage up to $1,500 • $300 Fully refundable damage deposit hold required w/ stay • Guest are required to sign rental agreement & submit appropriate ID.

Guest may purchase ONE additional pass by direct SoLux Properties management request at least ONE full business day PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.  Add-on Pass may not be available after arrival. Seasonal pricing may vary. *Standard Pass (4/15 – 3/1) $44. *Winter Long Term guest parking requires a new $44 pass for each new month. *Spring Break Passes $64 (03/01 – 04/15). *Shrimp Fest Passes $44. Hangout Fest Pass $155. Passes valid for the duration of your stay. Should you book during one of our special holiday/event dates, your additional charge will be applied post reservation. Sugar WHITE pristine & clean, XLARGE WIDE beach! You won’t have trouble finding an upfront seat for the show at Royal Palms! Plenty of beach blanket spots available or rent one of several umbrella-covered wooden surf-side padded loungers from 3rd party vendors servicing the beach upon arrival! This beach is CLEAN! Thanks to great efforts by the area’s “LEAVE ONLY FOOTPRINTS” initiative, our beaches are some of the countries cleanest! In fact, each night after sunset, any remaining items left on the beach are removed. WORTH Knowing Special Note: Because Royal Palms is the Most Easterly Building on the beach in Gulf Shores, it is directly next door to The Gulf State Park and Park Fishing Pier providing guests EXTRA beach room and UNSPOILED beach views!!!

Our professional cleaning staff follow a 3-step cleaning process w/ hospital-grade & EPA approved cleaning products to fully sanitize & disinfect before each guests arrival. Staff pay extra attention to kitchens, baths, doorknobs & drawer knobs, switches, remotes, & appliances. Our linens are professionally cleaned in high heat commercial washing machines & dryers. Linens are then transported to your accommodations using protective processes to avoid any contamination to ensure a clean fresh bed for you & your guests. Your accommodation will be inspected prior to your arrival for additional assurance of cleanliness. Rest assured we’ve got you covered & we are doing everything possible to put your safety as our top priority.
