You’ll find easy paid parking available onsite. Our courteous front desk associates will help with any questions you may have about the facility. Parking passes may be purchased prior to arrival -instructions provided upon booking. Please complete the parking pass form and display during your stay. Carts are available for guest use to bring your luggage to your condo. Take one of 3, brand-new, high-speed elevators to the 19th floor -your condo is on the right. A smart lock is available for immediate check in – no lines or second office to visit before check in. Checkin is at 4pm & checkout is at 10 am. Lockbox code will be emailed 4 days prior to your arrival making checkin simple and hassle-free. Please note, early checkin and late checkout are not available at this property.
PARKING PASSES / WRISTBANDS: Guests may purchase 2 max parking passes @$50+tax prior to arrival -.-instructions provided upon booking. Passes are also available at front desk 3rd floor lobby Kiosk upon arrival. Passes valid for the duration of your stay. Please complete the parking pass form and display during your stay immediately to avoid parking violations. No Trailer, boat, RV, or oversized vehicle parking permitted. White towel sets & of course, our standard white-glove clean will ensure you have nothing to worry about upon arrival & only lazy days of fun ahead! Should any SoLux guest arrive to anything less, we ask that you inform us immediately so that we may send our tradesman to take care of the issue! Staff pay extra attention to kitchens, baths, door knobs & drawer knobs, switches, remotes, & appliances. Linens are professionally cleaned in high heat commercial washing machines & dryers. Linens are then transported to your accommodations using protective processes to avoid contamination & ensure a clean fresh bed. Your accommodation will be inspected prior to your arrival for additional assurance of cleanliness.
