ABOUT THE COMPLEX:
Sugar Beach Condominiums are located directly on the pristine sugar-white sand beaches of The Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama. All units at Sugar Beach have direct beach access, meaning there are no busy roads to cross awkwardly carrying all that beach gear while holding small hands. (Please note, not all Sugar Beach condo units have a direct beach/Gulf view from the balcony). No worries about crowded beaches, pools. or decks at Sugar Beach. Guests of Sugar Beach Condos will enjoy FOUR complex pools with plenty of sunny lounge chairs and gazebos for enjoying a shady poolside spot, too! TWO Gulf Front pools boast perfect views of the crystal clear blue Gulf of Mexico waters, ONE security fenced, fully gated & shallow kiddie pool sits between them sharing the Gulf sights, & yet another upper deck pool is positioned just steps away from unit #130. This upper deck pool is in the sun most of the day, but does offer some “out of the sun swim time” when you need it during certain parts of the day. This pool is close enough to call the kiddos when lunch is ready but distanced just enough to avoid the common pool commotion. Enjoy the upper deck Gulf of Mexico viewing area for perfect Gulf sunrises & sunsets located just steps away and on the same level as unit #130. Here you’ll find picnic tables, BBQ grilling area, and lounger chairs. This is a great spot for morning coffee, supper, or an evening cocktail. Feel like a round of tennis! Sugars Beach offers guests a sunny court to play on the north end of the complex, so bring your racket! Sugar Beach is one of the only Beach Front complexes that offer a seasonal snack bar. Grab a quick bite to eat, a soda, ice cream treat, or an adult beverage without ever leaving the pool! Pick up beach essentials like sand buckets, pool noodles, sunscreen, or sunglasses here, too. Other great amenities you’ll find at Sugar Beach include a guard positioned at the front gate, 24/7 security, on-site covered parking deck, elevators, luggage carts, and free wifi!
ABOUT THE CONDO UNIT:
THE VIEW:
Unit #130 is a west facing condo located on the second story (ground-floor parking deck below). The balcony is accessed from the living room slider as well as the master bedroom slider. From the balcony you can see the complex center which includes the upper deck pool. You can catch a glimpse of the Gulf looking south from the balcony as well. Balcony seating for four is provided. (Please see upper deck pool photo with YELLOW STAR indicating unit #130 balcony.)
LIVING AREA:
The welcoming living area features a queen-size pull out sleeper sofa, two comfy armchairs, & large slider giving access to the private balcony where you’ll catch a peek at the glimmering Gulf waters! And when you’re in need of a break from the sun & heat…kick back & watch a movie on the (New 02/2020) 4K Roku 50” flat-screen TV. Guests are able to log into their personal streaming apps on this TV. Standard cable Package is provided on living room & bedroom TVs.
KITCHEN & DINING:
Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped, clean kitchen. Plenty of dinnerware, glassware, cookware, small appliances & utensils, plus plenty of counter space, breakfast bar & a full appliance package, including refrigerator with ice maker provided!
When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table with seating for three, or at the kitchen breakfast bar for three.
BEDROOMS & BATHS:
This condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms & queen sleeper sofa in the living area. And rest assured that you will arrive to a clean bed with our “100% Guaranteed Fresh Crisp White Linens” provided with every stay.
The master bedroom has a plush king-size bed, 32” flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, & private access to the balcony. An en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a 32” flat-screen TV. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is accessed from the hallway.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS:
This condo, located just above the ground level parking deck on the second floor is accessible via stairs or elevator. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi & stackable washer/dryer in unit. Guest have access to temperature control within unit. See Photos for floor plan map.
PARKING:
Parking is available for up to two vehicles maximum, in the on-site, ground-level covered parking lot for a fee of $25 CASH per vehicle. Guest to pay on-site gate guard upon arrival. Price of passes is not included. Valid for duration of the stay. No boat, RV, trailer, oversized, etc parking permitted.
OUR BEACH:
Sugar WHITE pristine & clean, XLARGE WIDE beach! You won’t have trouble finding an upfront seat for the show at Sugar Beach! Plenty of beach blanket spots available or rent one of several umbrella-covered wooden surf-side padded loungers! This beach is CLEAN! Thanks to great efforts by the area’s “LEAVE ONLY FOOTPRINTS” initiative, our beaches are some of the countries cleanest! In fact, each night after sunset, any remaining items left on the beach are removed.
