LOCATION: This home is tucked away just off the main Beach Road amongst a new 2023 waterfront neighborhood development of approximately ~35 houses on the central/central east side of Orange Beach about 2 miles west of Perdido Pass & Alabama Point public beach. The Neighborhood sits directly on Cotton Bayou. Beach access is a short walk (0.4miles) and across the street. Driving Directions: From 161 southbound (Orange Beach Blvd) in Orange Beach, Turn East (left) onto Perdido Beach Blvd and go 0.3 miles. Turn Left into The Osprey. Immediately turn to the right. #3164 Egret Run is on your right. Parking is available under the home for 3 vehicles & directly left of the home for 2 additional vehicles. No RV, Oversized vehicles, trailers, camper, boats, etc permitted. Please note, there is not a dedicated pedestrian crosswalk directly at the entrance at this location. Guest should walk 0.3 miles west to the dedicated pedestrian traffic light to cross and gain access to the public Cotton Bayou Beach access with restrooms available. Traffic on Perdido Beach Blvd can be heavy at times. Speed limit for this area is 45mph at the time of listing. For alternative Beach access points, guests may choose to drive 2 miles east to Alabama Point Public Beach Access. Boat launch is less than 0.2 miles from this neighborhood. 3rd party local businesses offer trailer parking. Boat Slip without lift is Included with rental.
CHECKING IN/OUT – A door code -active at checkin (4pm) and deactivated at checkout (10 am) will be emailed 4 days prior to your arrival making checkin simple and hassle-free. No waiting in line to pick up a key from another office.Checkout instructions posted within the property and emailed to primary renter 1 day prior to departure.
PARKING – There is no additional charge for parking. Guest may park up to 3 vehicles in the driveway under the house. 2 additional spots are available directly to the left of the house. No Trailer, boat, RV, or oversized vehicle parking is permitted. 3rd party options available for parking needs. An EV plug is located under the house in the carport. No chargers are provided.
EXTRA AMENITIES & IMPORTANT GUEST INFO: Complimentary YouTube TV package with Local channels & free Fiber optic WiFi is provided. Wall Mounted Smart TVs throughout.
