Turquoise Place is located directly on the beach on the east side of Orange Beach, AL between HWY 161 & Perdido Pass, and within a short drive to LOTS of local hot spot restaurants, shopping, nightlife, & water adventure activities. You’ll be greeted by our friendly security gate attendant upon arrival and find easy covered parking available at the complex. Guests may park in designated numbered spot #D1008 and in any unnumbered spot. No Trailer, boat, RV, or oversized vehicle parking permitted. Passes valid for the duration of your stay.Our courteous front desk associates will help with any questions you may have about the facility during your stay. The front desk is open 24/7. Guest are allowed Two parking passes (@$49 each, price is set by HOA & is subject to change without notice). 2 passes have been included in your reservation price. Carts are available for guest use to bring your luggage to your condo. Take multiple high-speed elevators to the 10th floor and your condo is on the right.
